This famous modern theatre a Sheffield landmark with a distinctive stage and a reputation for unforgettable productions.
Evolve were project manager during the phased refurbishment, including seating, lighting, sound system and temperature control upgrades to the main auditorium, whilst a new box office area with distinctive fascia improved accessibility from Tudor Square. The comfort of guests of the theatre was of paramount importance throughout the project.
The refurbishment also included the installation of a brand new thrust stage, a new digital archive, creative development and research centre alongside the upgrading of backstage dressing rooms.
