Cost Consultancy
Our experienced team of Quantity Surveyors provide bespoke commercial support to assist with the delivery of any project. We work to quickly identify our client’s priorities, including budget, key performance indicators and end goal priorities, and once established we work proactively and collaboratively with the project Design Team to ensure these targets are the centre of everyone’s focus.
We regularly provide initial cost estimates, budget guidance or procurement advice on a wide variety of projects, alongside detailed cost plans to align with every RIBA stage of a project.
We can provide a wide range of Quantity Surveying services, including Cost Planning, Bills of Quantities, Estimating, Cost Reporting, Budgeting, Whole Lifecycle Costing, Fund Monitoring, and many more
Project Management
From initial brief to project completion, Evolve offer experienced, multi-disciplinary expertise to manage and assist with the delivery of almost any project. Whether we are leading a project team or working with external consultants, we can offer a wide range of services to ensure your project is a success.
It is our aim to ensure every one of our Client’s objectives is met. At the outset, we set aside time to review the key goals of the project and provide tailor-made solutions to ensure that each project has the support necessary to succeed.
Whether we are providing Project Management or Contract Administration services; leading Dispute Resolution; or acting as Employer’s Agent, our Team will work cooperatively with consultants and contractors alike to ensure every project is delivered on budget, and on time.
Contract Administration
Evolve have years of experience in Contract Administration in a wide variety of projects, specialising with JCT Forms of Contract, but with experience in all common contracts across the industry.
We work closely with our clients to ensure their instructions are formally and clearly issued to their Contractor; chairing meetings on their behalf; and producing regular reports to advise them how their project is progressing.
Building strong relationships across the whole team is essential to ensure smooth delivery of the project, and as Contract Administrator, Evolve set out to ensure this relationship is in place from day one and is maintained throughout the entire project.
Procurement Advice
The Evolve team have a wealth of experience on a vast array of procurement routes. At the outset of each project, we work closely with our Clients to analyse their requirements prior to making our recommendation as to the most appropriate form of contract for the project.
Procurement routes vary dependent on the amount of input required from the client; the experience required by the client; how soon there is a financial commitment; at what stage there is cost certainty and if it is necessary to overlap design / construction stages. Evolve will be there at every stage to support our Clients through these important decisions.
Health & Safety
Our specialist Health & Safety team can provide the services required to notify the HSE of any project. Submission of an F10 is a legal requirement to notify the HSE of any relevant construction project, and our specialist team are here to support you throughout this entire process.
Bid Management
The Evolve team have worked on a wide variety of Bid Management projects over the years, and through close liaison with the Client and the Design Team, can undertake tender document analysis, plan bid preparation and agree bid details as required.
